Challenge
At the outset, Nutricia tracked feeding pumps using Excel sheets. The goal of this project is to develop an application for tracking feeding pumps distributed by Nutricia (sold or loaned). The main objective is to enable application users to access the location of each pump, the number of pumps at each location, the status of the pumps, their history, etc., at any given time. Legally, the history must be retained for at least five years after disposal.
Solution
ABC-Groep has developed a web application that is accessible to multiple Nutricia users worldwide and automatically handles audit logging of changes in pump data. The application allows Nutricia employees to manage customers and their active pumps, service contracts, and fully track the maintenance process.
Result
Having an application to manage the feeding pumps eliminates the need for Nutricia to maintain multiple Excel files with pump data. With the pump tracker web application developed by ABC-Groep, managing pump data takes much less time and yields higher-quality data.
